Help Desk Technician Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer Customer Care questions relating to technical support, billing, compliance and deliverability.
  • Provide technical support via phone and email.
  • Ensure that all Customer Care requests are answered in a timely manner.
  • Contact clients with billing related issues.
  • Test client reported problems to determine what is causing the issue and under what condition it occurs.
  • Report issues to the development team to improve services and reduce overall support workload.
  • Perform QA testing when required.
  • Follow company policies and marketing procedures effectively.
  • Other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with common desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient.
  • Positive attitude, confident and competitive.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
