Bought a Q7 from Chelsey. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also helpful the week after getting the car as there were a few tech issues I had that she helped me get sorted out. The buying and trading in process was extremely easy and the finance manager Katie was very helpful. The dealership is very nice and buying a car was extremely seamless. The whole process of test driving to trading in my old car and getting new one only took a couple hours.I've dealt with service department once. They were nice and detailed my car. Overall so far very positive experience with dealership.
Friendly and efficient service. Really appreciated the communication and their willingness to fit my TTS in on short notice before my return drive home to Ottawa. Local transportation via taxi to my work site while in Halifax was convenient and seamless. Thank you!
I had the best buying experience at this Audi dealership when I got my Q3. Mary Barlow helped me out every step of the way - answered all my questions, was patient, was super helpful in explaining everything and made me feel like I was buying a car from a good friend. I would highly recommend going to this dealership if you are interested in buying an Audi.
They have very good covid protocols here dropped off car for service and felt safe doing so
I had my car fixed under warranty and they were very thorough and did a fantastic job. I was a little confused during the repair because I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and called the following Tuesday as I hadn’t heard anything back from them and figured I’d be notified of a holdup but they were simply waiting for parts and I got my car back the following day. I had some other issues with my car after getting it back which looked similar to the initial problem they just fixed and they got me back in almost immediately and got my car back to me the same day I brought it in. Overall very happy with the work they did although it did seem a tad expensive for what I was told was one hour worth of work ($350) to disconnect something drawing power from the battery while the car was off but I’ve heard it’s common for dealership mechanics to be more pricey:)
I had my car repaired first thing in the morning, and came back at 10 am to find they still hadn’t touched it. Thankfully their service desk guy Jasminder had the tech work a bit later into his usual lunch time to finish the work so that I could go without having to wait the extra hour. He also hooked me up with a discount on labour (I was getting a lot done). Thanks Jasminder.
I highly recommend going to see Nick for any vehicle needs! When we were not able to find the exact vehicle we wanted close by, Nick sourced one out of province for us and had us on the road in three days! The process was incredibly smooth and quick. Thanks so much Nick, we are loving the new Tesla!
