Lithia Motors Inc. has closed on a nine-store car auto retailer in Wisconsin and Minnesota, which Lithia estimates will bring in $900 million in annually. Lithia bought the group from the Pohlad Cos. conglomerate, whose portfolio also includes the Minnesota Twins.
