Four steps. Nothing hidden.
Most dealers have been burned by a vendor who disappeared after the contract was signed. So here is exactly how this goes, what I need from you at each stage, and what you get back — before you commit to anything.
The audit
I go through your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and lead response the way a shopper would — then tell you the honest version of what I find. I also submit a lead to your own store and time the response.
- What I need from you
- Your store name and permission to poke around. Nothing else.
- What you get back
- A one-page write-up of what is costing you deals, ranked by what I would fix first.
The plan
One page. What we fix first, what it should produce, what it costs, and how long before you can judge it. No 40-slide deck, no jargon, no retainer you cannot leave.
- What I need from you
- Half an hour on the phone to tell me what you actually care about this quarter.
- What you get back
- A written plan with a start, a finish and a number attached.
The work
I execute. Search, profile, reviews, email, social, follow-up process — whichever pieces we agreed on. You sell cars. I do not need managing.
- What I need from you
- A single point of contact at the store and access to the accounts.
- What you get back
- The work, done, on the schedule we set.
The check-in
Monthly, in plain language: what moved, what did not, what I am changing next. Measured on appointments and deliveries, not impressions.
- What I need from you
- Twenty minutes a month and your sales numbers so we can tie the two together.
- What you get back
- A report you can read in five minutes and repeat to your GM.
No long-term contract
Projects have a start and a finish. Retainers are month to month, once we both know the work is producing.
You deal with me
No account coordinator, no offshore content team, nobody you have to re-explain your store to every month.
Plain-language reporting
Measured on appointments, shows and deliveries. Impressions don't hit a forecast.
I'll tell you to skip things
If a piece of this won't put a buyer in front of your salespeople this month, I'll say so rather than bill for it.
Step one is free.
The audit costs nothing and you keep the write-up whether or not we work together.
