What is slow follow-up costing you?
Most stores don't have a lead problem. They have a "nobody answered for three hours" problem. Put in your numbers and see what it adds up to in deals and gross.
If every lead got a fast, human reply.
Same leads. Same ad spend. Just faster.
Leads that waited longer than 10 minutes.
How the math works
We assume a lead answered by a real person inside ten minutes is about twice as likely to buy as one answered later. That's on the conservative side of what most stores see when they check their own CRM. Then we work backwards from your current close rate to find what each group closes at today.
Your own data beats any rule of thumb. Pull the last 90 days of leads, split them by first-response time, and compare close rates. That number is worth putting on the wall.
Three fixes that don't need new software.
Staff the clock, not the queue
One person owns first response from open until 9pm. Saturday gets someone off the floor. Sunday gets a paid two-hour block.

A call that goes to voicemail is a dead end. A text sits there until the shopper is ready to answer it.
