Services / Reputation management
A rating that matches how you actually treat people.
Shoppers read your reviews before they read your website. AI assistants summarize them when someone asks which store to trust. One angry review at the top of your profile can cost more than any ad you're running — and the fix is a process, not a campaign.
Signs this is costing you deals
- Your rating is lower than your CSI scores suggest
- Reviews come in bursts, then nothing for weeks
- Bad reviews sit unanswered, or get defensive replies
- Service gets fewer reviews than sales
- Nobody knows whose job reviews are
The plan, step by step
- 01
Build the ask into the process
A review request at every delivery and every service visit, by text with a direct link — timed for when the customer is happiest.
- 02
Reply to everything
Short, specific, human replies to every review. Calm, factual replies to the unfair ones, with a named manager to call.
- 03
Spot the patterns
Monthly read of what reviews actually say, so the store can fix the issue behind the complaints — not just answer them.
- 04
Report the trend
Rating, volume, recency and reply rate, by department, every month.
Numbers you'll see every month
On one page, in plain language. If a number isn't moving, we change the plan.
- New reviews per month, sales and service
- Average rating trend
- Reply rate and time
- Recurring complaint themes
Straight answers
Can you remove bad Google reviews?
Only reviews that break Google's policies can be removed, like spam or conflicts of interest. I'll flag those. For everything else, a good reply and a steady flow of new reviews is the real fix.
Is it OK to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Asking every customer is fine and encouraged. What's not allowed is offering incentives or only asking happy customers through a filter. I keep the process within Google's rules.
How many reviews does a dealership need?
Recency matters as much as total count. A steady flow every week beats a big total that stopped growing last year. The review calculator shows what it takes to move your rating.
