Services / Full-service digital retainer
One person accountable for the whole digital side.
Most stores pay four or five vendors who don't talk to each other, and a manager spends hours a month coordinating them. The retainer puts the whole digital side under one plan and one person — me — with a monthly report you can read in five minutes.
Signs this is costing you deals
- You pay several vendors and can't tell what works
- Reports are long and never mention sold units
- Your website, profile and ads all say different things
- Leads come in but follow-up is inconsistent
- Nobody owns digital day to day
The plan, step by step
- 01
Audit everything
Website, Google profile, reviews, ads, email, social and lead handling — scored like a shopper would experience them.
- 02
One plan
A one-page plan: what we fix first, what it should produce, what it costs. Reviewed monthly.
- 03
Do the work
Local SEO, content, social, email, reputation and oversight of paid search and social, coordinated so it all pulls the same way.
- 04
Report on units
One page every month: leads by source, response time, appointments, shows, sold, and cost per sold unit.
Numbers you'll see every month
On one page, in plain language. If a number isn't moving, we change the plan.
- Cost per sold unit by channel
- Lead volume and response time
- Appointment and show rates
- Map pack and review trends
Straight answers
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The retainer is month to month. If it isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't be locked in.
Do you replace our website provider?
Usually not. I work with your existing website and CRM vendors and make sure they're delivering. If something needs replacing, I'll explain why in plain language.
What does the retainer cost?
It depends on the store's size and what's already in place. The free audit ends with a one-page plan that includes a clear monthly price.
